Springtime –
The ice boom
It lifts. logos, the
word flows
from the erie lake
down the river
around a grand island,
down the rapids
plummeting some 83 ft
into the gorge and
onto Lake Ontario
voyaging onward to the seaway
existing into the Atlantic Ocean.
